Adult Basketball
Overview
Our adult basketball leagues are a fun way to get moving and stay active both physically and within the community! Spots will be filled on a first-come basis and all rosters must be completed and submitted on quickscores.com/vosjcc.
Not looking to join a basketball league? Our indoor basketball gym also has open court hours, please check with membership for open gym times.

Please contact the Sports Coordinator, Rachel Obedin at rachelo@vosjcc.org if you need additional players from the free agent list to complete your roster. Final team placement is at the Sports Coordinator’s discretion.

April 2024 – September 2024
45+ League
Season 1: 4/02 – 6/18 (no programming April 23rd)
Season 2: 7/09 – 9/17
- Recreational: For those who enjoy a friendly game
- Tuesdays | 6 or 7pm
- Players must be ages 45+
- Not open to highly experienced players
A League
Season 1: 4/30 – 7/7 (no weeks or days off)
Season 2: 7/23 – 9/24
- Recreational: For those that enjoy a friendly game
- Tuesdays: 7-10 pm
- Open to players ages 18+
- Ideal for players with any and ALL different athletic backgrounds and experience
B League
Season 1: 4/04 – 9/05 (no programming April 25th or July 4th)
B1 League
- Competitive: You’re in it to win it
- Thursdays: 6-10 pm
- Open to players ages 18+
- Ideal for athletic players with average experience
B2 League
- Semi-competitive: Little to no experience
- Thursdays: 6-10 pm
- Open to players ages 18+
- Ideal for semi-athletic players looking for less competitive game play
Women’s League
Season 1: 4/29 – 7/08 (no programming on May 27th)
Season 2: 7/22 – 9/30 (no programming September 2nd)
- Recreational: For those who enjoy a friendly game
- Mondays: 6-10pm
- Open to players ages 18+
- Ideal for players with any and ALL different athletic backgrounds and experience
