Whether you’re trying to build stamina, strength, lose weight or just feel more energized, we offer group fitness classes for every fitness level.
Our classes are taught by certified, experienced and motivated instructors and include the latest workout techniques. We offer more than 70 group classes each week. From Zumba and TRX to Pilates and yoga, it’s easy to mix and match classes to challenge new muscles and stay motivated!
Our BURN Fit series uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to push you to the next level. Choose a 30- or 60-minute burn. With focus on strength and cardio, this series will keep you guessing and maximize your results. A small instructor-to-participant ratio provides individualized attention to ensure you are using perfect form and technique. Modifications and all fitness levels welcome.
