Louise has been a Kripalu* Yoga Instructor for over 25 years. Louise began her yogic journey at Kripalu in the Berkshires when it was still an ashram in the early 90’s. She became certified in 1995, and has continued her education at Kripalu, Wanderlust, Sedona Yoga Festival and 80 hours of study at Lotus Palm in Montreal. Until COVID, for eight years, Louise taught Hikers seeking wellness from all over the world at the New Life Hiking Spa in Killington. She developed workshops and classes including, “Yoga Off the Mat”, “Weaving Yoga into your Everyday Life”, Yoga for Balance and Strength, Meditative Mindful Walking, Aqua Yoga fitness in the pool, and Yoga and Meditation 101. She has 3 young grandchildren in Anthem, she loves playing pickleball, skiing, walking,  pool exercise and bike rides.  

*Kripalu Yoga’s slogan is “meditation in Motion” with focusing on gentle loving asana flows, with “pranayama” breathwork, resulting in clarity, focus and relaxation.
