Lauren has been a Zumba Fitness Instructor at The J since 2011.  Her husband and her have been members since The J first opened and both of their children attended the ECC. She loves to dance and to teach! She is also certified in elementary education. She has her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan and her Master’s Degree from Arizona State University. She is mostly busy keeping up with her tween son and teenage daughter. In her free time she loves to hike with her fur baby Ivy, binge watch shows, read, and spend time with family and friends.
