Overview
CHAIR YOGA
Still the mind while building strength, flexibility and balance as we practice yoga with the aid of the chair. This class is excellent for those who want to learn yoga in a safe, stable way. Level 1-2.
GENTLE FLOW
Gentle Flow bridges the gap between Yoga Flow and Gentle Yoga. Experience yoga’s moving meditation with NO weight or impact on wrists, shoulders or knees. Move through sequences of traditional standing yoga poses, releasing tight muscles and stiff joints while increasing mobility, flexibility, strength and balance. Level 1-3.
GENTLE YOGA
Gentle back- and core-strengthening postures relieve stress and increase flexibility, balance and mobility, making it a great class for beginners or anyone wanting a basic yoga class. Level 1-2.
GENTLE/RESTORATIVE YOGA
This yoga practice focuses on deep relaxation through floor-based poses. In Gentle/Restorative Yoga, we use props and long held postures to create a completely effortless experience. With this level of support, students can slow down and let go of long-held tension. Level 1-3.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Deeply relax as your body is supported in longer held yoga poses. By relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Level 1-3.
YOGA FLOW
Yoga Flow emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with, and guided by, deliberate breath. This practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. You will expand your strength, stamina and flexibility. Level 2-3.
