Mahjong Classes
Overview
Session 1: Beginner Mahjong
Wednesdays | 10:00am-12:00pm | January 10 – February 14 , 2024
6-week session
Whether you are new to the game or are looking for a refresher course, this is the class for you! You will be taught American-style mahjong, according to the NMJL rules of play. The goal is to prepare you for play in any mahjong game abiding by those same rules. You must have a NMJL playing card to participate in this class.
Session 1: Intermediate Mahjong
Wednesdays | 1:00pm-3:00pm | January 10 – February 14 , 2024
6-week session
We will discuss strategies and learn techniques to improve your skill and speed. This class is for those who have taken a beginner’s course or who have played before and have interest in weekly play to improve overall comprehension and playing abilities.
Beginner Mahjong: Session 2
