Shannon, an Arizona native, is an experienced swim coach and athlete. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sports Performance from Grand Canyon University. Shannon’s passion for swimming began at a young age, participating in rec league at 5 years old and starting competitive swimming at the club level at 6 years old. She swam for the Anthem Dolphins and Sunwest Swimming, and also swam for Boulder Creek High School before competing for Grand Canyon University’s College Club Swim team. In her first year of competing, Shannon made it to College Nationals, demonstrating her exceptional skill and dedication to the sport.
