Lisa is a Yoga Instructor and teaches Gentle Yoga, Yoga Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Guided Meditation and Yoga Sculpt. Lisa has been with The J for eight years and has been teaching yoga for about ten years. She is registered for Jason Crandell’s 300-hour Yoga Training and will graduate from the program in 2021 with her 500-hour certificate. Before teaching yoga, Lisa was a mental health and substance abuse counselor and holds an M.S.W. With Lisa’s background in social work and mental health, she brings compassion to her work. Lisa wishes for everyone to feel welcomed in her classes. Lisa enjoys hiking, her pets, pet sitting and moving her body any way she can. She welcomes you as you are into her classes.
