Ditch the workout, join the party… We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  Set to upbeat, Latin rhythms, this total body workout combines all elements of fitness—cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and certainly fun.

Join us for Zumba or Dance Cardio on:

Mondays 7:00 – 8:00 pm (virtual)

Wednesdays 9:30 – 10:30 am (in-building)

Wednesdays 7:30 – 8:00 pm Strong30 (virtual)

Thursdays 10:00 – 11:00 am (virtual)

Saturday 10:30 – 11:30 am (in building)

Sunday 9:45 – 10:45 am  (virtual)
