Nancy is a Membership Experience Associate at The J. Her role is to help with the member experience and to provide excellent customer service. Nancy is a true Californian born and raised. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco. Nancy enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with her beautiful family including her fur baby named Sprinkles.
