Helen is a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Movement Specialist at The J. She enjoys teaching the Pilates Method and bringing Fitness programs to all age groups. Throughout her teaching and training career, she has created, adapted, and modified Pilates exercises and movements to help to facilitate form and function in all of her clients and students, thus improving their state of wellness. Her specialties include Functional Movement and Posture Assessment, Core Building for Strength and Endurance, Stability/Mobility programs, Lean Body Definition, Weight Loss/Healthy Lifestyle, Self-Myofascial Release and Flexibility, Injury Prevention, and Corrective Exercise through Pilates and other Fitness and Therapeutic modalities.
