George is a Personal Trainer and has been with the J for over 10 years. He has a strong foundation anchored in the biological sciences with a minor in chemistry. George also has a background in sports supplements and nutrition. Before coming to The J, George was a key member of the Club One Fitness Assessment team conducting yearly fitness assessments of active firefighters for the City of San Jose Fire Department. George specializes in strength training, balance training, and post-physical therapy flexibility and strength training. When creating programs for clients, George’s philosophy is that they should focus on the quality of life through strength training, aerobic training, agility, balance stability, interval training and good sound nutrition. In his off time, George enjoys all outdoor activities, travel, nature photography and flying quadcopter.
