Faydra has been a Group Fitness Instructor for 10 years. She is certified in Bodypump, BodyBalance and Les Mills Core. She is also a registered nurse with 27 years of experience and owns a local small business. She is active in her daughter’s school and is the PTO president. Her family includes her husband and daughter and the numerous pets they enjoy.
