Aging Backwards

Essentrics – Aging Backwards is a one-hour, zero-impact exercise class designed to re-balance the entire body by simultaneously stretching and strengthening all 650 muscles and 320 joints to pre-choreographed music.

Forever Fit

Mondays and Wednesdays | 10:30am
Enjoy energizing exercises for the body and the brain. The goal of this class is to increase our heart rates while using a variety of techniques to engage the mind too.

Chair Yoga

Still the mind while building strength, flexibility and balance as we practice yoga with the aid of chair. This is great class for those who want to learn yoga in a safe, stable way.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle back- and core-strengthening postures relieve stress and increase flexibility, balance and mobility. A great class beginners or anyone wanting a basic yoga class.

Gentle Flow

Thursdays | 11:30am
Gentle Flow bridges the gap between Yoga Flow and Gentle Yoga. Experience yoga’s moving meditation with NO weight or impact on wrists, shoulders or knees. Move through sequences of traditional standing yoga poses, releasing tight muscles and stiff joints while increasing mobility, flexibility, strength and balance.
