Enjoy energizing exercises for the body and the brain. The goal of this class is to increase our heart rates while using a variety of techniques to engage the mind too.
Tuesdays and Thursdays | 11am
Still, the mind while building strength, flexibility, and balance as we practice yoga with the aid of the chair. This class is excellent for those who want to learn yoga in a safe, stable way.
Gentle back- and core-strengthening postures relieve stress and increase flexibility, balance, and mobility, making it a great class for beginners or anyone wanting a basic yoga class.

Gentle Flow bridges the gap between Yoga Flow and Gentle Yoga. Experience yoga’s moving meditation with NO weight or impact on wrists, shoulders, or knees.
