Yoga Nidra Sound Bath Meditation

Overview
In Yoga Nidra you are gently guided through body awareness, breath techniques, and positive, loving intentions to help redirect and change negative thought patterns. This meditation does not require you to do anything at all…and because this is a practice of “being” and not “doing”, you can’t do it wrong. Just lay down, get comfortable, and let yourself be absorbed by the magic of the Nidra. Included is a 15-minute Sound Bath to assist in continuing to release, relax, restore and rejuvenate!
Terri Kaiser, a certified Yoga Nidra and Sound Practitioner from Breathe AZ, will guide us through this relaxing and restorative class.
