T’AI CHI
An ancient Chinese exercise that contributes to physical, mental and spiritual well-being. A series of dance-like movements are linked in a continuous, smooth-flowing sequence. These easy-to-learn movements are progressive and coordinated with deep breathing to circulate and balance your body’s vital energy, or chi. Level 1-3.
T’AI CHI FUNDAMENTALS
Ideal for anyone looking to sample this ancient “slow motion” movement exercise. Relax and de-stress while fortifying, sharpening, and strengthening mind and body. You will learn muscular control, proper postural alignment and slow, purposeful movement while also utilizing breathing techniques designed to relax the body and focus the mind. A great way to improve foundational strength, coordination, agility and balance. No special equipment necessary. All fitness levels are welcome.
