Parkinson's Boxing
Overview
This program helps those with Parkinson’s and individuals with movement disorders to improve functional movement. Tailored exercises target motor- and non-motor PD symptoms. These classes can be adapted for individuals with minimal to moderate levels of disease severity.
Fight back against Parkinson’s Disease! Join our expert instructors in this boxing class designed to improve strength, balance, coordination, concentration and speed. Participation is limited to those with a Parkinson’s diagnosis. You must be able to stand for the length of the workout without support or balance concerns. Space is limited to 8 participants, members only.
