Introduction to Cake Decorating 2-Week Session
Ages 18+
Overview
Thursdays, April 27 and May 4 | Noon–2pm
In this class you will learn how to decorate cakes for special occasions like birthdays, holidays and weddings. The same techniques can be used on cupcakes too!
Week 1: The class will review the basic equipment and supplies needed for cake decorating. Then, students will learn how to make frosting and how to cover and smooth a cake.
Week 2: Students will get to practice decorating techniques such as piped borders, flowers and writing in icing!
