J Swim Club Summer League

Overview

June 5-July 28

The J Swim Club is hosting a summer league recreational team for swimmers of all skill levels. We will focus on teaching the fundamentals of competitive swimming in a fun and engaging atmosphere. Participants must have basic swimming skills and be able to complete a 25-yard swim of each stroke (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly). The ability to flip turn and dive will be taught during the program.

In addition to daily practices, we will have “Race Fridays” where swimmers will have the opportunity to put their skills to the test and compete against their teammates. Join us for an unforgettable summer full of swimming, racing and fun!
