Very-Zona Happy Hour Cooking Class

In this class we will highlight some of the amazing Southwest flavors that people search for when they come to Arizona. We will start with a spicy, flavorful meatless empanada, balance it with a creamy dipping sauce, and finish with a refreshing Jalapeno Ranch Water cocktail. You will learn every step of the way – whether it’s the empanada pie dough from scratch, or the proper tequila infusion technique to avoid burning your taste buds!
