Barre is inspired by ballet and develops long, lean muscles like a ballet dancer. Our barre classes incorporate dancing, gliding, and core and strength training exercises that will work all major muscle groups. Come experience movements from ballet and Pilates that will help develop long lean muscles, core strength, and dynamic balance and flexibility. This workout will integrate both standing and mat work along with using equipment such as weights, discs, Pilates rings, body bar, Lebert Equalizer and other various props.
