Fast Track Workouts

30-minute quick, intense and fun workouts improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, core, and overall health. With a variety of classes, there are NO more excuses! Take one class or combine two or more for a 30-, 60- or 90-minute workout.

Quick Barre
