TEEN SPORTS & FITNESS
The JCC offers several sports and fitness programs geared especially for teens and tweens:
- Youth Fit Club, which offers a different workout each day. Sign up for one of all of these great fitness classes geared towards inproving your body and muscle tone. Mondays: Cardio X-Fun, Tuesday: BootCamp, Wednesday: Weight Training, Thursday: Indoor Cycling.
- Youth Fit Hiking Group - Sundays at 1:00pm beginning November 12.
- Toning for Teens, this great fitness program is developed with the teenager in mind. Lose weight, get your body into top shape while working under the direction of a personal trainer. Tues/Thurs. 5:30pm
- Sharks Swim Team
- Jr. Suns/Jr. Mercury Basketball League
