On-Line Program Registration, Donations, and Member Services
The VOSJCC now offers ON-LINE Program Registrations, Donations, and Member Services.
We encourage everyone to take advantage of registering on-line as it is quick, easy, and convenient. Both on-line and in-person registrations will happen simultaneously. Therefore, whichever transaction is completed first will receive registration priority.
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express for online registrations.
Step-by Step to Logging In and Utilizing the On-Line Program Registration Feature
- Click the Register Now button on the right side of the website.
- You will be directed to the following screen

- You have the following options
- Press OK to continue to Login
- Press Cancel which will allow you to view the programs but will not allow for you to register for a program. You must login to register for a program.
- If you choose option (a) from above you will then be directed to the following screen which will prompt you to login
- Follow the directions on the Login Screen
- Last Name
- First Name
- Password = First Initial of your First Name + First Initial of your Last Name + DOB (MMDDYY)
- Once Logged on the Following Family Member Selection Page will appear.

You can now choose what function you would like to do from the tabs to the left. It is highly recommended that you visit the “My Information” tab first and verify the information. This tab allows you to maintain the following:- Update your address
- Update your phone number
- Update your e-mail address
- Change your password
- To search a program – push the button at the left labeled Program Search. The following screen will appear which allow for 3 different search engines

- Program active dates – this will show all programs that are active within the date range selected
- Search – this can be used like a Google search engine in that all programs with the specified key word will show up
- Show Open Programs Only – (check box) – this will provide a listing of all open and available programs offered by the J
- Or a combination of all three
- 8. The below search is a partial listing of August 2010, open programs, using “Swim” as the keyword. As you can see Swim is in bold letters.

This screen will show you all of the programs that match your search criteria.- If you are just browsing (not logged in) the last two columns will not be available
- If you are logged on the programs will have all of the following columns and information.
- Description – name of the program
- Program Details – program code and session
- Age range – is populated if the program is only open to specific age ranges
- Fee – cost for the program
- Begins/Ends – Beginning and ending dates of the program
- Start Time/End Time – Program start and end times
- Open – Available spots
- Wait list – If the program is full and there is a wait list then a number will be in this column
- Orange Box – designates an Open Program taking registrations Blue Box – designates that the program is not open and identifies the date the program will open for registrations.
You will then be asked to verify the program, and add to your cart.

Q. Who do I contact if I have difficulty logging in?

Q. Can my password by changed?
A. Yes, this is highly recommended during your first successful login. Go to the “My Information Tab” change your password and re-enter your new password for verification. The next time you log in you will see the same login screen with the example of First Initial + Last Initial + DOB (MMDDYY) however you will need to enter the new password you selected.
Q. What programs are not eligible for on-line registrations?
A. At this time, preschool, Camp, ClubJ, annual swim team, and new memberships are not eligible for on-line registration. Other programs may not be available for on-line registrations but this is on a program by program basis. If the program is eligible for on-line registration an orange check box will be available on the right hand side.
Q. Can I use a gift certificate or voucher to pay for my program registration fees?
A. Yes, this option is available after you have selected the program, verified, and added to your cart, but prior to payment authorization.
Q. Can I renew my membership on-line?
A. Yes, this option is available for annual membership renewals that renew at the same level as their previous membership.
Q. Can I purchase a new membership on-line?
A. No, this option is not available at this time. Please contact membership services at (480) 483-7121 ext. 1287 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
Q. Can I update my personal information?
A. Yes, you can update your address, phone number, e-mail address, and password
Q. Do I have to log on to search for programs?
A. No, you can click cancel when prompted to login and search for programs. However, if you wish to register for a program you must be logged in before you can register.
Q. What do I do if a program available for registration is not allowing me to register?
A. Please verify you are in the intended participant’s record. When using the on-line registration feature, registration is recorded to the person whose name appears after the work “Hello” at the top of the screen. For instance if a parent logs on to sign his/her child up for a youth program, the child’s name should be next to the “Hello” If not, return to the “My Family” screen, click on the child’s name and continue to registration. Some programs are limited to specific age groups and will not allow registration if the individual attempting to sign up for the program does not fall within the specified age group.
Q. Do I have to log in and out for each family member?
A. No, provided the family members are linked you can sign up for any member of your family by only logging in once. If a family member does not show up on your “My Family” tab please contact membership services at (480) 483-7121 ext. 1291 or e-mail memberservices@vosjcc.org.
Q. Is there a lapse in time between the time I register on-line and the time I am placed on the program roster?
A. No, on-line transactions are recorded in “real time” which means that they are recorded directly to our server at the time of payment completion along with the transaction that are taking place at our Welcome Desk.
Q. Is my credit card stored on your server?
A. No, for tracking purposes our system retains only a portion of your credit card number to your cash history.
Q. Do you have a secure site?
A. Yes, when you go to the register now button, you are redirected to an https site which designate a secure payment transaction site.
Q. Can I make a donation?
A. Yes, you go to the “My Donation” tab and add a new donation. This will also allow for a description if you wish to add one. Then you can add the donation to your cart and proceed to payment. If you are signing up for a program you can also add a donation just prior to proceeding to the payment screen.
