Cancellations and Refund Policies

Cancellation Policy

The JCC reserves the right to cancel any class or activity due to insufficient enrollment or for any unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a make up class will be offered or a refund will be given. The JCC is responsible for make-up classes only in the event of an instructor’s cancellation.

Refund Policy

If you withdraw before the session has started a 75% refund will be made. In the event a class is canceled, a full refund is made. No refunds are made for any reason after class begins. All withdrawal and refund requests must be made in writing to our administrative offices.

General Information

Participants agree that participation in all programs and services is voluntary and shall be undertaken at participant’s sole risk, and the JCC, it’s servants, agents or employees shall not be liable for, and are hereby released from, any claim, demands, actions, or causes of actions whatsoever for injuries, illnesses or damages to participant’s person or property arising out of or in connection with the use of the services and facilities of the JCC or the premises where the same are located.
