New Member Orientations

When you join, you will receive up to four 30 minute orientation sessions with one of our qualified fitness counselors.  These orientation sessions will teach you the proper way to set up and use the fitness equipment in the cardio and strength training areas.  New members are encouraged to use the orientations as machines change from gym to gym. Don't forget your massage coupon! When you join there is a $20.00 coupon for a massage in your new member packet.

Family Hiking Adventure - JCC Hiking Group will meet on Sundays beginning December 16, 2007.  Hikes will be approx. 2 hours in length, Download the hiking flyer for upcoming events..Pre-registration mandatory. Free to Members.
