What is Pilates?
Pilates is a system of physical conditioning based on the mind-body teachings of Joseph Pilates. Regular Pilates workouts help you achieve strength, flexibility, and improve posture alignment. A perfect complement to cardiovascular conditioning, Pilates alternates stretching and strengthening exercises resulting in abdominal core control, long, lean muscles, and more.
