No matter how crazy your lifestyle may be, the JCC Personal Training Program can help. We understand that everyone has different goals. We're here to help you meet those goals.
You don't have to be training as a professional athlete to use a personal trainer. Our trainers always work with you to design programs that are right for your fitness level, physical limitations and goals. In other words, you train at your own pace. Our trainers also have a wide range of specialties, including strength training, Pilates, kick-boxing, marathon training and rehabilitation. We even have semi-private sessions so you can train with a buddy if you want.
We don't just hire any person who says they are a personal trainer. All of our trainers are nationally certified, and we make sure they go through continuing education and CPR training every year. Rest assured you will receive top-notch attention and service from our professional staff of fitness experts. So bring your goals and we will help you attain them.
