WOW: Women on Weights
Get the results you’ve been wanting in this small group personal training environment specifically designed for women. Learn proper technique and form to build strength, endurance, balance and stability during a full body workout. This training will include weight room exercises, free weights, machines, bands, BOSU, and much more.

JCC Running Clinic
No more excuses! Get on track with this running clinic taught by Boone Ebel - Certified Fitness Trainer, USTF and Lydiard Distance Running Coach. Learn all the key elements of running including proper form, warm up drills, setting your pace, hill and interval workouts, how to prepare for a race and more! This course is geared towards beginners/intermediate runners. Put your running shoes on now, get conditioned and get ready to cross the finish at the Giants Race (9K or 5K) on March 8, 2015.
