Personal Training

You don't have to be training as a professional athlete to use a personal trainer. We understand that everyone has different goals and we are here to help you meet those goals. Whether you need dietary advice, a new workout or simply someone to motivate you, our trainers will work with you to design programs that are right for your fitness level, physical limitations and goals.



All of our trainers are nationally certified and we make sure they receive yearly continuing education and CPR training. Our trainers also have a wide range of specialties including strength training, Pilates, kickboxing, marathon training and rehabilitation. Rest assured you will receive
top-notch attention and service from our professional staff of fitness experts. We even have semiprivate sessions so you can train with a buddy if you want. So no matter how crazy your lifestyle may be, the JCC Personal Training Program can help you attain your goals.
