There’s something for everyone at the Valley of the Sun Group Fitness Department. The variety and motivation offered in each of our classes makes it a great way to achieve any fitness goal, whether you’re trying to build stamina, strength, lose weight, or just feel more energized. We offer classes for the most beginning exerciser to the hard core weekend warrior athlete.  Get your move on in Zumba and our new Kids Zumba , only at Valley of the Sun JCC Fitness Center.  Use the gliding discs, or take part in our ballet bootcamp class. Get to work in an indoor Cycle class, or try our featured Les Mills program - BodyPump.  Wind down with gentle Yoga or any of our other 17 Yoga offerings per week. Group Fitness is cross training at its finest. Mix and match formats to challenge new muscles and stay challenged and motivated!

JCC's Group Fitness classes are taught by certified, experienced and motivated instructors. Our classes include a diverse selection of the latest workout techniques that are in tune with the many fitness needs of our club's members.
