Further Learning for youngsters - F.L.Y. classesEnrichment classes are designed to allow students in our threes and Pre-K classes to participate in quality and challenging activities along with or after the regular preschool day. It is available for our two year old classes beginning in January. The JCC Early Childhood teachers or specialists from the community teach these classes. They are designed to encourage children to pursue special interests or develop new skills in a fun-filled, creative environment.
Pre-K Academy is an afternoon enrichment program that teaches reading readiness skills, pre-writing skills and early mathematical concepts through creative movement, art, fitness and music. All of the lessons are based on the Kindergarten State Standards and are modified to meet the needs of our Pre-K students. Pre-K Academy reinforces the morning academic program and provides further enrichment for the children. Click here for more information.
The Pre-K Academy Jr. program offers specialized classes each day that will “Ignite The Love Of Learning” in your child! The curriculum is based off of Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences. Howard Gardner, a renowned Harvard Professor has identi ed seven distinct categories of intelligence. Tot and Company
A non-separating program designed for children, parents and teachers to participate together in a variety of developmentally appropriate activities. Enjoy spending quality time with your little one - playing, painting, learning new songs, making projects and of course, snack time. Tots will also enjoy our state-of-the-art age appropriate playground.
